PrologueThere is a place deep in darkness of the void brighter than the sun, belonging to everyone, owned by no one. Existing between heartbeats synced to its own time, taking seconds and days, the time of gods, demons, angels, man, and nature. TouchTouch, simple human contact.  A caress, hand shake, punch, hug, slap, lovers embrace.  So fleeting, so rare, so commonplace.   
What is the significance of touch?  A warm greeting between friends.  A quick warning to a partner.  An act of aggression towards an opponent.   
When lovers touch is there a spark?  Is there a subtle excitement coursing through the body of each?  A gentle thrill, a comfort of sorts,  A beautiful thing shared just between the two.  The thrill of touching, and the joy in that touch being returned.

Salmon when cooked right in real butter is just wonderful! The true trouble is getting it smuggled across the border safely.

Why the city state of Americo of course, one giant ghetto, I would rather spend 5 years in the Australian penal colonies than one week anywhere there

I don’t have any enemy, left alive of course, I am my worst enemy.

Why we would drink vodka, sing, and talk way into the night. What about? Well, war, life, women, and the state of the empire and succession of the throne.

I have met him we have long chats and I beat him over the head for being a dumbass, quite often in fact.

15. Now, what do you want to be when you grow up?
You’re kidding right? I am grown up, and am quite content with what I do; it is time for me to settle down.

That the containment barricades throughout Egypt and what you would call the Middle East fail and those horrors are again loosed on my country

I wish to have met my grandmother. I have heard so much…

18. What would you do if your lifelong dream came true?
Take her into my arms and cry with joy. Then learn as much as I could in the little time I had with her.

I have a small cabin high in the mountains on the edge of a pine forest

Traveling the many worlds available to me.
